A true country ham isn't complete without all the fixin's, y'all! We've included all that you need to make the ham of the year – Peach-B-Q Rub, Spiced Pecans, 16oz Peach Preserves, and Sorghum, in addition to a Half Country Ham (6lbs average).

Our Half Country Hams are cleaned and ready to cook. If you prefer less salt content, soak in water for approximately 24 hours, changing the water at 12 hours. Ham aged the old fashioned way for 3 months.

Peach-B-Q Rub
  • Salt, Brown Sugar, Red Pepper, Paprika, Spices, Onion, Garlic, Peach Flavor, With Less than 2% Silicon Dioxide
Spiced Pecans
  • Pecans, Powdered Sugar, Cayenne Pepper

Peach Preserves
  • Peaches, Cane Sugar

Sorghum
  • 100% Pure Sorghum

Half Country Ham
  • Salt, White Sugar, Brown Sugar, Sodium Nitrate, Pepper, Sodium Nitrite

Cooking Instructions: BAKING - Soak overnight in cold water, wrap ham completely in heavy aluminum foil, in a manner to retain juices, and pour approximately 1½ cups of water inside the aluminum wrap. Bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 20 minutes per pound. Cook to 160 degrees F internal temperature and serve. PAN BROIL OR FRY: Slice the ham in 1/4" to 3/8" slices, trim the outside edges, and score the fat. Place the slices in a covered frying pan (set on medium heat of at least 350 degrees F and cook a minimum of one minute on each side). Brown both sides; but be careful not to overcook as it will make the ham hard. Cook to 160 degrees F and serve.

Applewood Smoked Bacon, Hickory Smoked Pepper Bacon, Maplewood Smoked Bacon, Hickory Smoked Bacon, Country Ham Slices, Half Country Hams, and Country Ham Pieces are USDA-approved shelf-stable products, good out of refrigeration for up to 7 days. These items will not be shipped with coolant. We ship using USPS or UPS and they will arrive usually within 2-3 business days.

Orders generally ship the business day after they are placed (Monday - Wednesday). Additional processing days will occur in November and December. We do not ship our meat items or meat gift sets internationally.
