All packages are hand packed with care right here in Nashville! We make every effort to fill orders within 3 to 4 business days of being placed Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed during peak times, November - December, will have longer processing times. We strive to fulfill orders within 5 to 7 business days during peak times. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you by the information you provided when placing your order.
All orders are shipped via the option chosen at checkout and generally arrive within 3 to 7 business days from the time they ship, depending on the final delivery destination. If the Standard Shipping option is chosen, we will choose the best shipping method during the fulfillment process.
We cannot accommodate requests to hold orders for future ship dates.
Our flat-rate standard shipping is $12.00 per valid shipping address for ground service within the contiguous 48 states – no matter how much you ship at one time to one address! Items weighing less than 1lb ship free via USPS (7-10 business days). Please double check all address information for your orders. You are responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete information.
For deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii, shipping quotes will be calculated at checkout using UPS and USPS. Please call us at 800-889-2432 for more information.
For deliveries to Canada, shipping quotes will be calculated at checkout using UPS and USPS. Currently, we cannot ship our bacon, ham, Heat N’ Eat, or popcorn products internationally.
For international destinations other than Canada, Puerto Rico, APO or FPO addresses, please call 800-889-2432. Additional charges may apply.
We can ship nearly anywhere in the world. Costs will be calculated at the time the order is placed. Please be aware that certain items may not be permitted through customs in some countries. Call 800-889-2432 or email us at email@example.com to discuss international shipping.
For even faster delivery of our products, we offer a variety of express shipping options. Costs for these services are calculated at checkout for the weight and size of your shipment.

Heat n' Eat & Meat
Heat n' Eat sides ship Monday through Wednesday, excluding holidays, and generally arrive 1 to 2 business days from the time they ship, depending on the final delivery destination. All other meat products ship Monday – Friday, excluding holidays, and will arrive within the 7-day shelf stable lifespan. Heat n' Eat sides and frozen biscuits ship frozen on dry ice, adhering to USDA and FDA guidelines for production and shipping. Heat n' Eat sides and frozen biscuits should be removed from shipping package and placed in the freezer immediately. All meat items should be refrigerated or frozen upon arrival.
Whole Country Ham, Half Country Ham, Country Ham Slices and Country Ham Biscuit Pieces, Applewood Bacon, Maplewood Bacon, Pepper Bacon, Hickory Smoked Bacon, Smoked Country Sausage are USDA-approved shelf-stable products, good out of refrigeration for up to 7 days. These items will be shipped without any coolant or refrigerant. Please inspect all meat items upon arrival for seal tight packaging. We cannot ship our Heat n' Eat sides, frozen biscuits, meat items or meat gift sets to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, international destinations, Canada, Puerto Rico, APO or FPO addresses.
The Loveless Cafe is not responsible for packages delivered and left out of refrigeration for extended periods of time. The Loveless Cafe is not responsible for recipients who are not at home at the time of delivery of express cooled packages.
The shipping charge for Half Country Hams and Whole Hams is $15 per ham. Local Pickup & Delivery Options
Free In-Store Pickup
Online order pickup is available at Hams & Jams Market: 8400 Hwy 100 Nashville TN 37221 between 8:30 A.M. - 8:00 P.M., 7 days a week. Please go to the checkout counter in Hams & Jams to pick up your order.
Orders placed by 12:00pm CST Monday through Friday will be available for pickup within 2 hours. Orders placed between 12:00pm CST Friday and 12:00pm CST Monday will be available for pickup at 2:00pm CST Monday. Choose "The Loveless Cafe - Hams and Jams" as your shipping option in the online checkout process. Orders will be packed in a Loveless Cafe shopping bag. Payment is due at checkout; orders must be picked up within 14 days. Any orders placed and not picked up within 14 days will be refunded and restocked.
Free Local Delivery
Free delivery is available with a $50 order minimum for select zip codes surrounding the Loveless Cafe and the Nashville area. Click here for a list of eligible zip codes. If your order is eligible for free local delivery, you will see "Local Delivery" as a shipping option in the checkout process. Orders placed by 12:00pm CST Monday through Thursday will be delivered in 2 to 3 business days. Orders will be packed in a shipping box. Holidays and peak periods may require additional processing time.
Returns & Exchanges
Please inspect all orders upon receipt to check for damaged or defective goods. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please inform us within 14 days of receiving your order by sending an email to email@example.com with a photo image of the damage, if possible. We will strive to make any issues right with an appropriate replacement or refund. In order to return or exchange an item, depending on the circumstances, we may require the return of the original item, the box in which your items were delivered, packaging materials and all box contents.

Orders weighing 150lbs or greater may require freight shipping with palletization, which is an additional cost. We will contact you should your order meet these requirements. You can also call 800-889-2432 for a quote in advance. Bulk orders may require additional processing time; please allow 10 business days for receipt.
The Loveless Cafe Gift Cards ship for free via USPS. Please allow 10 business days for receipt. USPS shipping cannot be tracked. Shipping can be upgraded to UPS for an additional fee; call us at 800-889-2432 if you would like to upgrade.
