Unlike many other country hams, our ham is cured with a blend of salt and sugar, resulting in a tender and moist country ham with a lower salt content than most. With each full country ham, there are a maximum of only 8-10 center-cut slices. .
Cooking Instructions:
Heat skillet to 350 ℉ on medium high. Add 2 tbsp. cooking oil or bacon grease (optional). Sear ham slices by frying vigorously for 2 minutes on each side or 4 minutes for diced seasoning. Break chunks apart and stir frequently to ensure even cooking.

These items will not be shipped with coolant. We ship using USPS or UPS and they will arrive usually within 2-3 business days.
Orders generally ship the business day after they are placed (Monday - Wednesday). Additional processing days will occur in November and December. We do not ship our meat items or meat gift sets internationally.
