A true country ham isn't complete without all the fixin's, y'all! We've included all that you need to make the ham of the year – Peach-B-Q Rub, Spiced Pecans, 16oz Peach Preserves, and Sorghum, in addition to a Half Country Ham (6lbs average). Ham aged the old fashioned way for 3 months.

For the best results, we recommend trimming any excess skin from our half ham. After trimming, soak the ham in cold water for several hours to help reduce the saltiness. Once soaked, wrap the ham in foil and add a cup of water inside the foil to keep it moist during cooking. While we’ve partially skinned the ham for your convenience, some skin remains, so a light trim should be all that's needed before cooking!
