With 2.5 pounds of breading, you'll have enough to cook up a whole mess of Loveless Cafe fried chicken.

Bleached Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin and Folic Acid), Salt, Dehydrated Garlic, Sugar, Spices, Sodium Bicarbonate , Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Paprika, Dehydrated Onion, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate, Refined Soybean Oil, Turmeric, Oleoresin Paprika, Natural Flavors and Less Than 2% Tricalcium Phosphate Added to Prevent Caking.

FABULOUS

I ordered the chicken breading a while back and just used it a week ago. I made homemade HOT chicken wings. They were fabulous. So easy. No egg dip, no milk. Just salted water to brine and then rinse and dip in the flour and fry. I did use an electric skillet. They were crispy and so good. Both my husband and myself took some for lunch the next day and they were still fabulous. I am ordering another bag today. You need to try this if your family likes wings or just fried chicken.

Delicious and Easy

I throw a Deep Fried Southern Christmas party for about 100 people in Washington, DC every year. We use to create our own batter mix using flour and seasoning. After eating at Loveless Cafe I decided to try their batter instead. It is not only delicious but holds to the chicken and keeps flour from falling into the grease and burning at the bottom of the fryer!

My son bought my first bag of fried chicken breading after he and his wife visited Nashville and had your scrumptious chicken dinner. That was 5 years ago and we've been hooked ever since. I have made fried chicken dinner once a month for over 40 years, and it was decent. Now I make fried chicken twice a month with your breading and now it's absolutely delicious. I order on-line and the package always arrives quicker than I expect. My husband and our friends now rave about my fried chicken.
