Salt, White Sugar, Brown Sugar, Sodium Nitrate, Pepper, Sodium Nitrite
Cooking Instructions: BAKING - Completely skin and trim ham. Soak overnight in cold water, wrap ham completely in heavy aluminum foil, in a manner to retain juices, and pour approximately 1½ cups of water inside the aluminum wrap. Bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 20 minutes per pound. Cook to 160 degrees F internal temperature and serve. PAN BROIL OR FRY: Slice the ham in 1/4" to 3/8" slices, trim the outside edges, and score the fat. Place the slices in a covered frying pan (set on medium heat of at least 350 degrees F and cook a minimum of one minute on each side). Brown both sides; but be careful not to overcook as it will make the ham hard. Cook to 160 degrees F and serve.

Meat items and meat gift sets may ship separately via UPS and may arrive on a different day than the rest of your order.

Applewood Smoked Bacon, Hickory Smoked Pepper Bacon, Maplewood Smoked Bacon, Country Ham Slices, Half Country Hams, and Country Ham Pieces are USDA-approved shelf-stable products, good out of refrigeration for up to 7 days.
