This collection of our classic smokehouse favorites is sure to delight throughout the year! Includes Half Country Ham (6lbs average), 14oz Center-Cut Country Ham, 8oz Country Ham Biscuit Pieces, 14oz Applewood Smoked Country Bacon, and 14oz Peppered Country Bacon.

Our Half Country Hams are cleaned and ready to cook. If you prefer less salt content, soak in water for approximately 24 hours, changing the water at 12 hours. Ham aged the old fashioned way for 3 months.  Each package of Country Ham Biscuit Pieces has approximately 6 pieces and weighs 8oz. Each package of Center Cut Country Ham has approximately 3-4 pieces and weighs 16oz. Our bacon is dry-rubbed with salt and sugar. The slow curing allows the mixture to absorb into the slab. Next, the country bacon goes to a smokehouse where it is naturally smoked. The smoke produces a golden brown finish. No water is added so it won't shrink like those other bacons you may have tried. This bacon is sliced 1/8 inch thick and each package is 14oz.

Biscuit-cut ham pieces: Ham, Salt, Brown Sugar, Sodium Nitrate, Black Pepper, Sodium Nitrite.
2-Slice Ham: Ham, Salt, Brown Sugar, Sodium Nitrate, Black Pepper, Sodium Nitrite.
14 oz. Hickory Smoked Applewood Bacon: Pork Cured with Salt, Sugar, Sodium Nitrite.
14 oz. Hickory Smoked Peppered Bacon: Pork Cured With Salt, Sugar, Sodium Nitrite, Pepper.
Set Includes:

Cooking Instructions: BAKING - Soak overnight in cold water, wrap ham completely in heavy aluminum foil, in a manner to retain juices, and pour approximately 1½ cups of water inside the aluminum wrap. Bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 20 minutes per pound. Cook to 160 degrees F internal temperature and serve. PAN BROIL OR FRY: Slice the ham in 1/4" to 3/8" slices, trim the outside edges, and score the fat. Place the slices in a covered frying pan (set on medium heat of at least 350 degrees F and cook a minimum of one minute on each side). Brown both sides; but be careful not to overcook as it will make the ham hard. Cook to 160 degrees F and serve.

Applewood Smoked Bacon, Hickory Smoked Pepper Bacon, Maplewood Smoked Bacon, Hickory Smoked Bacon, Country Ham Slices, Half Country Hams, and Country Ham Pieces are USDA-approved shelf-stable products, good out of refrigeration for up to 7 days. These items will not be shipped with coolant. We ship using USPS or UPS and they will arrive usually within 2-3 business days.

Orders generally ship the business day after they are placed (Monday - Wednesday). Additional processing days will occur in November and December. We do not ship our meat items or meat gift sets internationally.
