In true Southern fashion, every meal at the Loveless Cafe starts with our world-famous biscuits and preserves, and now, you can enjoy that same homemade taste right from your own kitchen with our Heat n’ Eat Biscuits!

These frozen biscuits are made using the exact same secret recipe Annie Loveless created back in 1951 and are the closest thing to the real thing you’ll find outside our Nashville Cafe. Each tray comes with 15 raw biscuit dough pieces, ready to bake to golden perfection. Just brush on a little butter, pop them in the oven, and enjoy warm, fluffy biscuits that taste like pure Southern hospitality.

Please note: Heat n’ Eat Biscuits arrive frozen and unbaked. They will need to be baked before enjoying.

The Loveless Cafe has been a Nashville tradition since 1951, earning a reputation for traditional Southern cooking and unmatched hospitality. What began with biscuits on Highway 100 has become a landmark known across the nation, with our menu and made-from-scratch products loved by folks like Martha Stewart, Southern Living, Food & Wine, Oprah Daily, and countless guests who return year after year.

Our story began 75 years ago, when Lon and Annie Loveless opened the front door of their home to serve fried chicken and biscuits to hungry travelers along Highway 100. 11.5" X 7.5" X 1" ** When ordering multiple gift sets, they will be shipped in bulk and will not be individually boxed. Heat n' Eat items ship frozen on dry ice, adhering to USDA and FDA guidelines for production and shipping. All frozen products are shipped Monday through Wednesday via UPS Ground, UPS 2-Day, or UPS Overnight service, depending on your delivery location. Orders generally ship 2-3 business days after they are placed, not including holidays. Additional processing days will occur in November and December. The shipping charge for Heat n' Eat items is based on weight and delivery location. Rates are calculated at checkout. 
Self-Rising Flour [Enriched Bleached Flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), leavening (baking soda, sodium aluminum phosphate, mono calcium phosphate), salt], Water, Buttermilk (cultured milk, less that 2% of corn starch, tapioca starch, locus bean gum, salt, carrageenan, mono and diglycerides, sodium citrate, vitamin D3), Lard with BHA, BHT, and Citric Acid added as preservatives), Baking Powder (disodium diphosphate, sodium carbonate, corn flour). Pans greased with Unsalted Butter (pasteurized cream, natural flavorings).

Allergen Warning: Contains Wheat and Milk. Produced in a facility which also uses Egg, Soy, Fish, Crustacean Shellfish, Treenuts and Peanuts.
