This flavorful Country Sausage may just give Grandma's recipe a run for its money! Seasoned with sage and packed in cloth sacks to allow the rich hickory smoke to slowly flavor the sausage, this mouthwatering meat will impress just about anyone. 

Each package comes in a muslin bag and a plastic sealed bag and weighs 1lb.

*Our Smoked Sausage is USDA approved out of refrigeration for up to 7 days. We do not pack this item with coolant.*
