With the addition of bold cracked peppercorns, this Hickory Smoked Pepper Bacon is unlike anything you've ever tried. Each bite contains just the right amount of peppercorns, which add some extra crunch.

Our bacon is dry-rubbed with salt and sugar. The slow curing allows the mixture to absorb into the slab. Next, the country bacon goes to a smokehouse where it is naturally smoked with hickory wood. The smoke produces a golden brown finish. No water is added so it won't shrink like those other bacons you may have tried. This bacon is sliced 1/8 inch thick and each package is 14oz.

*Hickory Smoked Pepper Bacon is USDA approved out of refrigeration for up to 7 days. We do not pack this item with coolant.*
