Fantastic bacon to eat, but even better in Clam Chowder. I've been using the smoked cured bacon for four years in my Clam Chowder that i served at Oregon and Oregon State football tailgaters. 80 quarts will be served and completely eaten by the end of the game. It's your bacon that is the secret ingredient!!!

Not since our local, family owned meat market closed several years ago have I had such great smoked bacon. I just received it yesterday and I couldn't wait to try it. From the moment I opened the package and smelled that wonderful aroma until I put the last bite in my mouth I knew I had finally found a fantastic pound of bacon.
