We make every effort to fill orders that are received prior to 12:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday, on the same day that the order is placed. However, we cannot guarantee your order will ship on the same day it is placed, especially if placed on a weekend, holiday or during the Christmas season.
All orders are shipped via standard ground service and generally arrive within 3 to 7 business days from the time they ship, depending on the final delivery destination. These items ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 72 business hours, from the time you place your order, for processing. Holidays and peak periods may require additional processing time.
We cannot accommodate requests to hold orders for future ship dates.
Our flat-rate standard ground shipping is $12.00 per valid shipping address for ground service within the contiguous 48 states – no matter how much you ship at one time to one address! Please double check all address information for your orders. You are responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete information.
For deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii, there is an additional $22.00 shipping charge. Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii require upgraded 2-day shipping; please call us at 800-889-2432 for more information.
For P.O. Boxes, international destinations, Canada, Puerto Rico, APO or FPO addresses, please call 800-889-2432.
We can ship nearly anywhere in the world. Costs will be calculated at the time the order is placed. Please be aware that certain items may not be permitted through customs in some countries. Call 800-889-2432 or email us to discuss international shipping.
For even faster delivery of our pantry items, apparel, keepsakes and non-meat gift sets, we offer a variety of express shipping options. Costs for these services are (per box shipped to each address) the standard $12.00 Shipping Fee PLUS a $10.00 Service Charge for rush handling PLUS the following charges:
- Priority Overnight (next business day by 10:30 am) - $60.00 additional
- Standard Overnight (next business day by 3:00 pm) - $50.00 additional
- 2 Day (2nd business day by 4:30 pm) - $26.00 additional

HASHBROWN CASSEROLE, MEAT ITEMS AND MEAT GIFT SETS ONLY:
Hashbrown Casserole, meat items and meat gift sets ship Monday through Wednesday via UPS 2-Day. Hashbrown Casserole ships frozen on dry ice, adhering to USDA and FDA guidelines for production and shipping. Bacon and Spiral Ham ship cooled in an insulated cooler. Hashbrown Casserole should be kept frozen. Bacon and Spiral Ham should be refrigerated immediately. Country Ham Slices and Pieces are USDA-approved shelf-stable products, good out of refrigeration for up to 7 days.
We make every effort to fill orders on the next business day after they are placed, Monday through Wednesday. These orders placed on Wednesday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday. Holidays and peak periods may require additional processing time.
All orders are shipped via UPS and generally arrive 2-3 business days from the time they ship, depending on the final delivery destination. Hashbrown Casserole, meat items and meat gift sets ship Monday through Wednesday, excluding holidays. Customers should keep Hashbrown Casserole frozen, and immediately refrigerate all Bacon and Spiral Ham upon arrival. Country Ham Slices and Pieces are USDA-approved shelf-stable products, good out of refrigeration for up to 7 days.
We cannot ship our Hashbrown Casserole, meat items or meat gift sets to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, international destinations, Canada, Puerto Rico, APO or FPO addresses.
The Loveless Cafe is not responsible for packages delivered and left out of refrigeration for extended periods of time. The Loveless Cafe is not responsible for recipients not at home at the time of delivery of express cooled packages.
Hashbrown Casserole, meat items and meat gift sets ship separately and may arrive on a different day than the rest of your order.
The shipping charge for all meat items and meat gift sets is $15 per set, shipped via UPS. The shipping charge for Hashbrown Casserole is $38.00 per package; shipped frozen on dry ice. Please double check all address information for your orders. You are responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Please inspect all orders upon receipt to check for damaged or defective goods. Please ensure Hashbrown Casserole is kept frozen, and all Bacon and Spiral Ham are placed in refrigeration immediately upon arrival. Country Ham Slices and Pieces are USDA-approved shelf-stable products, good out of refrigeration for up to 7 days. In order to return or exchange goods, recipient must contact the Loveless Cafe within 72 hours of package receipt at 800-889-2432. Depending on the circumstances, we may require the return of the original item, the box in which your items were delivered, packaging materials and all box contents.

Orders weighing 150lbs or greater may require freight shipping with palletization, which is an additional cost. We will contact you should your order meet these requirements. The Loveless Cafe Gift Cards ship for free via USPS. Please allow 10 business days for receipt. USPS shipping cannot be tracked. Shipping can be upgraded to UPS for an additional fee; call us at 800-889-2432 if you would like to upgrade.
