Nostalgia!
Dec 16, 2017 | By Martha Sibley

My parents were from Tennessee, and one of my fondest memories was visiting aunts and uncles "up home" from our home in Mississippi, and enjoying their country hams! And the one from Loveless brought back those delicious memories. We are enjoying it with grits and veggies for lunch, and with eggs and biscuits for breakfast., and it is truly a treat! It has a wonderful flavor. One of the best parts is yet to come....a big pot of pinto beans cooked with the bone!
Each ham is 4 - 6lbs. average
Glazed Ham is best served at room temperature. Thaw ham for 2-3 days in refrigerator. Remove from refrigerator about 1 hour before serving. If heating ham, remove foil and all bone guards, then place cut surface down in roasting pan. Pre-heat oven to 350°F and heat for approximately 30-45 minutes uncovered. Let rest for 15 minutes before serving. DO NOT OVERHEAT as Ham is fully cooked and glaze may dissolve.
