People tell us all the time they've not had beets like these "since Granny stopped cannin'!" We sure hope you enjoy them. Here's a good recipe for you: Drain the jar of beets, slice thinly and toss with thinly-sliced onion and 3 thinly-sliced peeled cucumbers. Mix 2 tablespoons of mayonaisse with 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Toss all together with fresh chopped dill and fresh-ground pepper. Enjoy!
