A Tennessee treat! This sweet and sour relish is made with green tomatoes, cabbage and spices and is delicious as a condiment with beans, chili and soups - plus makes any prepared salad more delicious when you substitute it in place of regular relish.

A real nostalgia trip for me - my mother and dad made pickle relish (as we called it) many, many summers ago. It does wonders for tuna salad.
