LOVE this chow chow! It's delicious on anything. I especially love it on brats. The taste takes me "home." I may live up north now, but when I eat this, I feel like I'm back home.

A real nostalgia trip for me - my mother and dad made pickle relish (as we called it) many, many summers ago. It does wonders for tuna salad.
