Ways to Use Chow-Chow and Relish

We often say that Chow Chow relish is the most under-appreciated of all southern condiments! Traditionally used as a topping for white beans, think of it as a replacement for pickle relish in all your favorite recipes. We've used to to make amazing chicken salad and deviled eggs, but try it on a hot dog or hamburger, whipped up with mayonnaise for a homemade tartar sauce for fried catfish. We even like it as a topping on chili or good, hearty soups.

We think you'll love the way it adds so much more flavor than traditional sweet pickle relish.
